Communicate with us for free using Skype, we can also help set this up for you, recommend and/or provide you with a headset.
Diary Management and important event reminders:
Diary Management and Reminder Service can be provided on a daily, weekly or monthly basis via email or text depending on your preference.
Don’t have an email address? We can set one up for you manage and respond on your behalf and send regular messages to your mobile so you never miss an important message again.
Personalised telephone answering:
We will answer your phone when you can’t. All calls will be answered in your company name and messages are forwarded by email or text.
Business Administration & Correspondence:
Administration for all areas of general office work covered, either on an ad-hoc or continuous basis.
We are able to copy type your documents handwritten or typed. Information can then be emailed, posted or faxed back to you depending on your preference.
Please note that the time taken to transcribe is dependent on:-
- Clarity of the person/people speaking
- Regional accents or speaker/s
- Speed at which person/people speak
- Number of people speaking together with the number and position of microphone
In general we speak four times faster then we can type. So typically it would take 4hours to transcribe 1 hours speaking.
Contact Database and Data-entry:
We can design customised spreadsheets or adapt existing files for a variety of reasons to include managing budgets, expenses, contacts or projects, we are happy to take care of both data entry and management – statistical reports can be provided on a daily, weekly or monthly basis.
Detailed research carried out for either Business and/or Personal use, we will research and report our findings. Information can be emailed, posted or faxed back to you depending on your preference.

We will convert paper files to e-files, the information can then either be emailed, or saved to CD or floppy disk and posted to you.

We can provide you with customer care and support. Handling enquiries, taking orders and providing after sales support. As well as providing you with statistical reports to help you reach your sales targets.
Send us your handwritten or typed notes and we will convert it into a professional Powerpoint presentation for you to present to your clients or staff. Presentations can be emailed, or provided on cd, floppy disk or a hard copy printed and mailed to you.
Invoices can be created using your company letterheads or logos and mailed out for you.
Conference event organising:
We can design and send out invitations, plan itineraries, make necessary travel/accommodation arrangements, book venue/caterers.
Post email or fax us your written documents and we will return them clearly marking our amendments/ suggestions.
