Here at PA Direct Online we provide an extensive range of Secretarial Skills and Lifestyle Management affordably priced to meet your needs.

Hourly Rate
This is particularly useful when you have one-off projects or would prefer to pay on a pay-as-you-go basis.  An hourly rate will be billed in 15 minute increments, time will be rounded up to the nearest quarter of an hour.

A 50% deposit is required prior to the start of the task or service.  Balance is due at the end of task or service.  No ongoing commitment is required.

This is a cost effective way of having support as and when you need it.  You only pay us for the hours we work, thus saving you money.  Furthermore we are flexible with our time and are happy to complete work outside of normal working hours including weekends.

Retainer Package
If you require support on a regular basis, PA Direct Online has the perfect retainer package for you.  You will receive a discounted hourly rate for a fixed, regular number of hours per month.  The hours are non refundable and any additional hours will be billed at our standard hourly rate. 

Clients who sign up for the retainer plan receive a discount on their contracted hours.  Retainer fees are paid upfront each month This ensures that you have consistent support throughout the month. 

Through regular use of our services, we will gain all in-depth knowledge of your business, your clients and your aims.  You will no longer have to train temporary staff, as we will instantly know how you like to work.  This can only prove to be extremely beneficial for you and your business.

Our rates are market competitive and tailored to our individual clients needs.  Since each client has different needs it is not possible to establish a standard fee.
